Youth from Randolph Children's Home volunteer at spaghetti dinner in community

Donna Abbey, seated center, is surrounded by members of the Randolph Children’s Home Timber Wolves Club who volunteered at fund-raising spaghetti supper held for her on Thursday, March 13 by the Lions Club in the Randolph Fire Hall. From left, standing, are Mark, Nate, Mike and Jacob, and seated is Chamier. Mrs. Abbey, a former worker in the Randolph Children’s Home Equestrian Program, had to leave her job due to amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS), often referred to as Lou Gehrig's disease. The money raised at the event will help her build a wheelchair ramp for her home. Representatives from Home Depot’s Team Depot program attended the dinner and are participating in the project.
